Arriving at a busy airport after a long flight can be stressful, but your airport transfer doesn’t have to be. Our goal is to make your pickup from Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) or Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Before your trip, we kindly ask that you let us know if your travel plans change. Unless your reservation is modified or canceled at least 24 hours before your scheduled service, your chauffeur and vehicle will be dispatched and waiting according to your reservation.
After You Land
Once your aircraft arrives, there is no need to rush. We automatically monitor the status of all commercial flights, so if your flight arrives early or is delayed, we will adjust your pickup time accordingly.
After deplaning, simply collect your luggage and then call our dispatch office at 773-669-5596. Our dispatcher will confirm your vehicle’s location and provide simple directions to your pickup point. In most cases, your chauffeur will arrive within 5 to 15 minutes after your call.
Midway Airport (MDW) Pickup Instructions
Due to airport regulations, limousines are not permitted to wait unattended in the passenger loading area.
After collecting your luggage:
- Exit through Door 2 in the Arrivals area.
- Proceed to the middle lane, which is the designated limousine pickup zone.
- Call us once you are standing at the pickup location with your luggage.
- Your chauffeur will arrive within approximately 5 to 15 minutes.
This procedure helps minimize traffic congestion while allowing us to provide prompt service.
O’Hare International Airport (ORD) Pickup Instructions
Federal airport regulations also prohibit limousines from waiting at O’Hare’s passenger pickup areas before the passenger is present.
After retrieving your luggage, call our dispatch office and proceed to the appropriate pickup location for your terminal:
- Terminal 1: Door 1D, Middle Lane
- Terminal 2: Door 2C, Middle Lane
- Terminal 3: Door 3D, Middle Lane
- Terminal 5 (International): Door 5D, First Lane
When you call, our dispatcher will provide your vehicle identification number, making it easy to locate your chauffeur.
Flight Monitoring and Complimentary Waiting Time
We continuously monitor commercial airline arrivals using official flight tracking systems.
To allow sufficient time for passengers to deplane and collect luggage, we include complimentary waiting time after your aircraft lands:
- 30 minutes for domestic arrivals
- 60 minutes for international arrivals
If additional waiting time is required beyond these complimentary periods, waiting charges may apply beginning at $30 per 30-minute interval for standard sedans. Larger vehicles may have different waiting rates.
Need Extra Time?
Your reservation time serves as a general reference, while your actual pickup is based on your flight’s arrival time.
If you know you’ll need additional time after landing—for example, if you plan to meet friends, enjoy a meal, or attend to business before leaving the airport—simply mention it in the Special Instructions section when making your reservation or send us a follow-up email before your trip.
We’ll be happy to schedule your pickup for the exact time you prefer. In these cases, your reservation will be treated as a scheduled local pickup and will include our standard 15-minute grace period.
